Throughout her professional career, Katie has spent 12 years serving in campus ministry, supporting college students through a multitude of life circumstances. Her desire to support people well was fueled by this season, which led her to pursue her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Katie has taken over 13 trips to Ghana, Africa, leading people to serve in short-term mission projects. At one point, she lived there for 13 months. Both of these settings give her a unique understanding and appreciation of people.
